Madonna di Campiglio, June 17–19, 2026 – The annual Team Building event of synbrAIn has recently come to an end: three days immersed in the stunning setting of the Dolomites, bringing together our entire team.

The event slogan, “Together to Understand Who We Are,” served as the guiding thread of an experience designed not only to strengthen personal connections but also to reflect on our corporate and scientific vision.

Strategic Alignment and Shared Values

The event began at the Hotel Spinale with an important alignment session led by our company leaders. During internal workshops, we revisited our strategic objectives — focused on strengthening our research in Artificial Intelligence and Human-Machine Cooperation — reaffirming the importance of every Business Unit’s contribution and the central role of our shared values.

Towards a Common Goal: The Climb Through Forests and Peaks

The second part of the event transformed theory into action with the theme “Towards a Common Goal.” The team embarked on a trekking experience through mountain trails and forests, tackling elevation gains together until reaching breathtaking panoramic views of the Dolomite peaks.

This activity represented the perfect metaphor for our everyday approach to work: moving at the same pace, supporting each other through challenges, and looking together toward the same destination while leveraging the strength of teamwork.

Sharing and Synergy

Alongside institutional moments and outdoor activities, there was plenty of time dedicated to relaxation, conviviality, and enjoyment. Between traditional dinners in local mountain lodges and informal social moments, the team had the opportunity to strengthen a deep sense of connection — an essential ingredient for fostering the creativity and innovation that we bring every day to our technological projects.
